Carrie Underwood ranks at No. 24, while Julianne Hough is only a few spots behind at No. 28. "One Tree Hill" actress-turned-country-songstress Jana Kramer also earned a slot, landing at No. 59.

Katy Perry tops the list of beauties, which also includes Kristen Stewart, Kaley Cuoco, Rihanna, Blake Lively, Olivia Wilde and Shakira.
