Prize Pickup
If you were the lucky winner of a contest on 96.3 Star Country, you may claim your prize in person at our studios Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Additionally, our offices typically close early on the day before a major holiday. When claiming your prize, please bring a photo ID with you. If you are unable to claim your prize in person or if you have any other questions, please contact us using the phone numbers or email addresses above.
Address & Directions
Our studios are located at 2651 S. Fish Hatchery Rd in Madison. From Hwy 12/18 (the Beltline), travel south on Fish Hatchery Rd approximately three miles. Our offices are located on the right side of the road, just after Lacy Rd. You may also use the map below for specific directions.
