
Last week, I started a program called Medithin [www.medithinweightlossclinics.com] and I've been eating more healthful foods, watching my calorie intake and making a conscious decision to put good things in my body.
However, we all have those moments when your only option is fast food. If so, it's okay! In Dr. Oz's book "YOU on a Diet," he has a few recommendations for healthier meals at some of the big fast food chains.
- McDonalds - Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
- Burger King - Veggie Burger (no cheese) or the Tendergrill sandwich (no sauce)
- Taco Bell - Spicy Chicken Taco
- Wendy's - Mandarin Chicken Salad with reduced-fat ranch dressing
- Arby's - Arby's Chicken Breast Filet
